At Reiki Shizen, we're committed to serving the highest quality of care to our clients by providing a holistic approach to wellness and healing through the practice of Reiki and meditation. Combined with our learning and coaching programs, we aspire to empower individuals to access their own inner guidance, wisdom, and healing abilities. Our Reiki for All program inclusively allows us to serve everyone in the community.
What is Reiki?
Originating in Japan, Reiki is a healing art and is a subtle and effective form of energy work. A Reiki session is deeply relaxing and helps ease tension and stress, which in turn may encourage the body to balance and heal. This powerful yet gentle process supports and facilitates physical, mental, and emotional healing.

Holistic Coaching
A holistic coach works with the mind, body, and spirit or the "whole person" providing personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your wellness goals. Through compassionate listening, conscious communication, Reiki, meditation practices, and intuitive guidance, your coach works directly with you to create positive transformational steps to your overall well-being.

Learn Reiki
Embark on a journey to learn the art of Reiki with our comprehensive course offerings. From Reiki Level 1 through Reiki Master Teacher level, our certified and experienced teacher provides comprehensive training and support so you can confidently harness the power of Reiki and your healing abilities. Continued support and guidance is also offered through our Reiki Coaching program. Join us on a journey of personal growth, self-discovery, and healing.
Learn Meditation
Unlock the transformative power of meditation with our expert guidance. Learn various techniques tailored to your needs and experience reduced stress, deep relaxation, improved focus, and heightened self-awareness. Our meditation sessions provide a sanctuary for you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity in your daily life.
