January 2025
We're excited to have Rai Lowe join us beginning this month to teach Sanctuary Yoga in our studio!
Rai is a yoga instructor and teacher trainer at Bellevue College. You'll also find her teaching yoga classes on Mercer Island. Stacey and I know Rai very well, and we're happy she said yes to traveling further east and joining us monthly to share her yoga wisdom.
December 2024
We're quickly closing out another year, but not without holding our December Cold Moon Sound Healing & Reiki event mid-December. It was a lovely and peaceful afternoon!
The winter solstice reached the northern hemisphere on Sat, Dec 21, 2024, 1:21 AM (PST) when our days and nights are at equal length and our days will slowly get longer. We celebrated the solstice with a morning meditation and Reiki practice followed by a nurturing afternoon Reiki circle.
November 2024
It's been a great turnout for fall Reiki training classes. Many students who completed Reiki 1 in the summer have just completed Reiki 2. Congratulations to all! It's amazing to witness the excitement, joy, and progress they have all achieved in a short amount of time. Reiki on!
October 2024
Group meditation is offered on Thursdays this month from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. The focus is on cultivating peace, letting go of the day's stress, and feeling restored for the evening. Meditation and Reiki - Embracing Inner Wisdom class is now offered on certain Saturday mornings from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. through December. Let's go inward and meditate together while receiving the gentle healing flow of Reiki.

Based on the feedback received from participants at the August grand opening events, our Wellness Center Events & Training Calendar is now live! Check back often as new events and classes are updated regularly.

We moved to a new space in the Meadow Creek Office Park in Issaquah, located at 22500 SE 64th PL. We offered a month of grand opening events throughout August, including a welcome gift!
